Elsie Storm, M.A.
I’m Elsie Storm, a Duluth-based Life, Business, and Leadership Coach, and also a business owner, wife, and mom of two. I know what it’s like to care deeply about your work and your life, and to feel the pull of both. I’ve spent years coaching entrepreneurs and leaders through growth, challenges, and big transitions, and I’ve also lived many of those moments myself.
My work is about helping people step out of overwhelm, see their business more clearly, and lead in a way that feels grounded, confident, and aligned. I love creating spaces where people can slow down, think honestly about what’s going on, and leave with real clarity on what’s next.
This event is an extension of that work, and a space for you to step back, reflect, and reconnect with your business in a meaningful way.

The BB Gallery, owned and operated by Bailey Builds, is located at 5727 Grand Ave. It is a warm and inviting space with a blend of rustic and industrial charm and a vintage feel that makes you instantly feel at ease. It’s not your typical event venue. It’s a space that encourages you to slow down, settle in, and be present. That’s exactly why I chose it. During our time together, this space will support meaningful conversation, reflection, and connection as you step back and reconnect with your business in a more intentional way.

Yes. While there will be some group teaching, much of the experience includes reflection and small group conversation, giving you space to think about your own business and talk through ideas with others.

It’s a blend of both. We’ll look at your business from a practical standpoint, and also explore the mindset and patterns that influence how you show up as a business owner. You’re always in control of what you choose to share.
