Use of This Website

Coaching & Educational Services Disclaimer

Turning Life Gold provides coaching, educational programs, workshops, and leadership development services. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice.

You understand and agree that:

  • Coaching is a collaborative process

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results

  • No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed

Client Responsibility & Participation

By engaging in coaching or services with Turning Life Gold, you agree to:

  • Take responsibility for attending sessions and being prepared

  • Create a private, focused environment for sessions, especially virtual sessions

  • Communicate respectfully and respond to emails or texts within 24 business hours

  • Honor the coaching container, including clarity and completion when coaching concludes

Scheduling, Cancellation & Missed Sessions

Your scheduled coaching time is reserved specifically for you.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session

  • Sessions are forfeited if you:

    • Are more than 10 minutes late

    • Provide less than 24 hours’ notice (except true emergencies)

    • Miss or forget your appointment

  • Missed or forfeited sessions are not refunded or rescheduled

Payment, Fees & Refund Policy

  • Coaching packages and services have an agreed-upon value and may be paid in full or via monthly installments

  • Payments must be made on time

  • Payments not received within 7 days of the invoice date may incur a 10% late fee

  • Accepted payment methods include Check, PayPal, and Venmo

We create a commitment-based coaching container. As such:

  • No refunds are provided if you choose to end coaching early for any reason

If Turning Life Gold is unable to continue services:

  • You may contact Jonny Roman at 203-550-5411

  • Fees for unused sessions will be refunded

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our work together.

  • All information shared in coaching sessions remains confidential

  • Client experiences will not be shared publicly unless you give prior permission

  • Confidentiality is respected across all platforms, including social media

Exceptions may apply if disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm.

Testimonials & Marketing

Any testimonials or client experiences shared on this site or in marketing materials reflect individual experiences. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

By participating in services, you agree that anonymized feedback or testimonials may be used unless you request otherwise in writing.
